Tenders are invited for Develop a Project of Electronic Management Information System (Mis) for Data Collection and Reporting PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 50 working days after contract signing DESCRIPTION OF TASKS OF THE MIS DEVELOPER Based on the information detailed on the background, RTI seeks to engage a consultant (individuals/firms/institutions...) to design the Management Information System (MIS) to serve the purpose mentioned in above paragraphs. The main objective of this consultancy is to develop a MIS for the on-going project that will enable a better monitoring and reporting on the project achievements. In this frame, the consultant will work closely with the Project Management team and key team members to: Determine the best technology to design the MIS (Language and DBMS) including but not limited to PHP & MySQL, Frappe framework & MySQL/mariabd The MIS will be the web-based app that allow users to download data in Excel or upload. Ex: PHP & MySQL, Frappe framework & MySQL/mariadb Build the MIS based on the indicators and data that are needed in the HA approved Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (see attached), Train the team members on the use of developed MIS with deferent privileges of data entry, manipulation, data analysis, extraction/ reporting. This should begin with a cover letter and include a proposed budget. 10 pages max A detailed CV highlighting previous experiences in undertaking similar projects, contacts for 3 references. The CV can include self-declaration on sex, age and disability status - if desired. 5 pages max Samples of similar projects completed.
