Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Coordinator to Support the Financial Sector Skills Council (only for Local Bidders/Consultants) Required Characteristics Results-driven. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Stakeholder focus and ability to build strategic relationships. Application process: Applicants should submit the following documents: CV with a detailed breakdown of professional experience. Application/Motivation letter. Three (3) referrals. TIN Number as a registered individual consultant (proof of certificate or registration). Required Qualifications: Master-s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Attraction and Capacity Development projects and/or management. Good knowledge of international practices and standards as relates to Capacity Development and Resource mobilization. Proven experience in senior executive/leadership roles. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent editorial and communication skills; fluency in English and French is an added advantage. Experience in a similar role is desirable.
