Feasibility studies and prepare preliminary designs according to the current and future demands including field investigation; water demand and sanitation needs; Topographical, hydrological and geological surveys; Environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA); Preliminary Designs of civil infrastructures for different identified options and related estimated costs; Economic and financial benefit-cost analysis; Detailed designs for the selected best option including detailed design of civil infrastructures; Architectural design, basic maps, design drawings, quantity and cost estimates; Identify and justify a technically, economically and financially and environmentally viable investment programme outlined for short, mid and long-term needs, specifications for equipment and materials, sustainability of the infrastructure; Elaboration of the tender documents (TDs); and Carry out the resettlement action plan (RAP) including Preparation of RAP and Property valuation.
