- Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services to Develop Research Publications for Rwanda Finance Ltd. Research development: The Firm will provide strategic support to Rwanda Finance in developing a series of market research papers, disseminating key qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial sector trends and policy reforms in key markets in Sub-Saharan Africa. The research will cover but will not be limited to; trends analysis, benchmark/competitive landscape analysis, recommendations on international best practices to improve competitiveness of Rwanda-s financial sector and the region. The assignment will be undertaken by a Firm that meets the following criteria: Proven experience in writing market research /industry reports, with not less than 5 years- experience working with international organizations in Africa. Proven capability and experience in building leading and forward-thinking research publications for anglophone and francophone markets. Proven experience in international finance and/or developing research around international financial services. Strong work experience, knowledge and understanding of international financial centers. Strong relationships with reputable international industry networks. Excellent knowledge and understanding of global, regional, and local financial industry trends. Excellent editorial and communication skills; fluency in English and French, keen on results-based management. Working experience and knowledge of Rwanda and its economic development agenda is an added advantage. Deadline: 28-02-2022
