- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services to Conduct Gender Analysis of FXB Rwanda/IGIRE - Turengere Abana Program Deadline: Friday, 25/11/2022 14:00 FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children-s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low-and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions. FXB Rwanda is currently implementing PEPFAR/USAID-s Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) - Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe (DREAMS) Activity (ODA - IGIRE) which is a five-year cooperative agreement with a goal of reducing vulnerability and HIV incidence among OVC and their households and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in high HIV burden districts in Rwanda. FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified service providers to submit their bid documents for conducting the Gender Analysis for “Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) - Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe (DREAMS) Activity (ODA) - IGIRE” in Huye, Muhanga and Nyanza Districts. The terms of Reference are found in the tender document available at FXB Rwanda coordination Office located at Ruyenzi Cell, Runda District, Kamonyi District or electronically request and receive using the following email address info@fxbrwanda.org The bid documents should include latest curriculum vitae/s of expert(s), a copy of RDB Registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, at least three performance letters or certificates of accomplishment for a similar assignment conducted in the past 5 years, RRA & RSSB Clearance Certificate in case of companies. The bid documents in a sealed envelope (technical and cost proposal in different envelops) shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell located at 100m from Runda Sector no later than Friday November 25, 2022 by 2:00 P.M.
