- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Service to Conduct a Baseline Study for the Crs Led Consortium Implementing The Inclusive Nutrition and Ecd (Inecd) Activity. Consulting firm or team of consultants interested to respond to this call for expression of interest can access the full Scope of Work (SoW) document that contains details on the purpose of the study, key study questions, the proposed study design, required experience and expertise, as well as guidance on the EOI submission here. Firms/team of consultants meeting the minimum expectations stipulated in the SoW will be considered for shortlisting. CRS will shortlist maximum of six firms/team of consultants with strong track records and will conduct bidders conference where more detailed guidance on project descriptions, technical and budget application template, final evaluation criteria, and submission timeline can be provided to facilitate subsequent restricted bidding process. The consulting firm or team of consultants shall submit their response to this call latest by 5:00 PM Rwanda Time, on March 04, 2022. Note: Only the 6 shortlisted firms/teams of consultant will be notified by March 11, 2022 All communications related to this call should be sent to the following e-mail addresses: rwandaprocurement@crs.org and copy rwandabids@crs.org ; and should clearly indicate “EOI No. CRS/INECD/001” in the subject title, by and no later than March 04, 2022 at 5:00pm.
