BackgroundRwanda Development Organization (RDO) is a non-profit and Non-Government Organization (NGO) established in 1995 to support the initiatives of Rwandans in social and economic development. It is registered with Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) Ref. No. 139/11 of 17 December 2003. RDO has a vision of ensuring that all Rwandans are in control of their own destiny, enjoying a good standard of living and sustainable development.With support from Trocaire, Rwanda Development Organization (RDO) is implementing Enhancing sustainable livelihoods through climate change resilient practices project and one of the main activities is to develop RDO Project Management System. RDO has to develop a project management system that will help in monitoring RDO projects to meet deadlines, expectations, and budget and with the least risk and number of issues.It-s against this background that RDO would like to hire a competent consultant/firm to design, develop and installation of the above-mentioned system.Purpose of the consultancyThe purpose of the consultancy is to help RDO develop its own Project Management System that will help in Task Management, Time Tracking, Project Scheduling, Communication, Reporting, and any other functionalities deemed necessary and most features should be automated.Assignment duration and management arrangements:This assignment will last for 90 days.
