Payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs only (10,000 Frw) or in any freely convertible currency deposited to the account NĀ° 100009564367 of WASAC opened at Bank of Kigali. The bidding document may be sent by email as may be requested by interested bidders (through the request addressed to procurement@wasac.rw). A Bid Security in the form of a reputable Bank Guarantee of an amount of Twenty Thousand United States Dollar (US$20,000) for each Lot or its equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
