Tenders are invited for Consultancy Opportunity: Community Electronic Medical Record Readiness Assessment in Rwanda The specific tasks for the consultancy will be: Meeting with MOH and Ingobyi Activity teams to discuss the scope of work and expectations of the assignment. Conduct desk review on current community health digitalization efforts and readiness for cEMR. Develop data collection tools in consultation with Ingobyi Activity and MOH Conduct assessment in sampled districts using qualitative research methods, including key informant interviews and focus group discussions. Analyze results through the community health context lens. Prepare a draft report of the findings. Conduct a dissemination workshop to discuss findings with key stakeholders and address any gaps in the findings - including possibility of further investigation in response to gaps noted in the report and provide revised report. Based on assessment findings, work closely with MOH and Ingobyi Activity digital health teams to develop a detailed plan for piloting and deploying the community EMR.
