- Tenders are invited for Annual Framework Contract for Cleaning Service to FERWAFA. Location: Kigali Deadline: Monday, 20/02/2023 10:00 Payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account number 100001281075 of Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA) at the Bank of Kigali. Bid Security” of Five Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (500,000 RWF) from a Bank or any other recognised financial institution. The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
