Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 2710/2023 (working hours) at EUCL Headquarter, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management Unit, P.O Box 5634 Kigali. Tel.: + (250) 799373402, upon presentation of an original proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 2001161020000121 NCBA Bank EUCL With a reason “Company/Tender” opened at I&M Bank, Rwanda (Former Commercial Bank of Rwanda). Bids will be opened in public in the presence of bidders or their representatives at EUCL main board room on 10/11/2023 at 10:30 am. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Six hundred thirty five thousand seven hundred twelve Rwandan Francs (635,712 Frw), issued by a reputable bank or any other financial institution agreed in Rwanda.
