Description:
Tenders are invited for Assets Codification, Valuation and Upgrading Assets Register for Dukunde Kawa Cooperative 2. Scope of the Services: A) Physically Identifying All Assets and Electronically Recording Them, as Well as Reconciliation of Asset Data to Cooperative Inventory Records. B) Tagging All Items (Assets) with a Cooperative-S Nametags. Each Newly Tagged Assets will Be Reconciled into Asset Register and Electronically. C) Train All Personnel Involved in Logistics Function on the Update and Maintenance of The Asset Register (Manually and Soft) D) Assets not being Used or in Obviously Unserviceable Condition will be Noted for Making Appropriate Disposal Decisions, C) Prepare and Deliver Identified Inventory Reports of “Single” Fixed Asset Register” and Valued “Inventory List” for Dukunde Kawa Cooperative (Hard and Soft Copy) The Site Visit is Scheduled on Thursday and Friday. 2nd -3,D December 2021. Probable Assets List will be Shared that Day.
