- Tenders are invited for Technical Assistant to Deliver Trainings of CSOs on Regenerative and Circular Agriculture within SNV/REALMS Project A consultant to be hired should do have: i. Minimum of a bachelors- degree in Agronomy, soil sciences, agroecology, crop production, and any other related fields ii. Minimum of 5 year-s professional experience in a supervisory, management, or consulting capacity in integrated soil fertility management, agro ecology, and other relevant area. iii. Demonstrable understanding on current regenerative agricultural practices. iv. Proven experience in regenerative agriculture training. v. Demonstrable experience in delivering training to farmers using adult training methods, vi. Strong technical report writing skills, vii. Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Kinyarwanda
