- Tenders are invited for Supply of Transformer Oil Presentation of proof of payment of a non - refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Frw 10,000) or Fifteen American Dollars (11 USD). This payment shall be made to Account N° 25044962001/RWF opened at I & M Bank. Rwanda (Frw) opened at 1 & M Bank, Rwanda to the account N° 00040-00691030-35 (USD) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) with Code 1BAN: RW 40000400069103035003. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of Five Million Rwandan francs (Fnv 5,000,000) for lot one (1) or Five Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars (USD 5,500) and Three Million Rwandan Francs (Frw 3,000,000) for lot Two (2) or Three Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars (USD 3,500) issued by a reputable bank or other financial institutions. Bidders must submit the bid securities with a validity period of 150 days from the date of issue by the bank or other financial institutions and bids will remain valid for 150 days starting from the deadline of bids submission. The Outer envelope (containing the bid and bid guarantee) should clearly indicate the tender title, Tender reference number and Lot number.
