Tender number: 277/WB/04/2020-2021 Number of lots: 04 RwandAir hereinafter called ‘-client” has got funds from its ordinary budget towards the cost of provision of transport services. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this bidding document is issued. RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Supply of plumbing materials, electrical materials, hardware materials, air conditioners for RwandAir.as indicated in detail in the tender document. soft copy of tender documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir, procurement office, at head office, located at Kigali international airport upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of (15,000), fifteen thousand Rwanda francs to account n° 010-5003664-01-74 opened at I&M bank or USD 15 on account no 5003664-02-71(USD) opened at I&M bank with swift IMRWRWRW. All the two accounts are in the name of RwandAir. Tender documents may be obtained on any working day from 23 April 2021 RwandAir head office, Kigali international airport, 2nd floor, procurement office from 8:00am to 17:00pm local time through email indicated below. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to RwandAir, procurement office, located at Kigali internal airport building 2nd floor or on the company email address procurement@rwandair.com. Well-prepared, signed, and scanned in PDF format as single document Bid must be sent through the above email not later than May 26, 2021 at 10:00am local time or 08:30am GMT. Late bids will be rejected and not considered for evaluation. Bids will not be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives because of COVID-19 restrictions. Bids will be opened, evaluated and all bidders notified accordingly. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with RwandAir procurement policy in place and where necessary law n° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on public procurement as modified and completed to date may be referred to. RwandAir however reserves the right to cancel this tender any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
