- Tenders are invited for Supply and Install 12 Plastic Water Tanks of 10m3 each at Different Schools (Kamiseke PS, G.S Gishikiri, G.S Kibare, G.S Karama and Kibare Nursary) in Nyagihanga Sector of Gatsibo District in Eastern Province. The tender document can be obtained from 3rd May 2021 at the reception of FH Association Rwanda office located in 2nd floor of UMUYENZI PLAZA Building, KG 5 RD, Plot nº428, Rukiri I Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of non-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwandan francs per lot (10,000 Rwf/lot). This payment can be done to FH Association Rwanda Bank Account N° 4002200337223/RWF opened in Equity Bank. Visiting sites plan Site to be visited Installation of plastic water tanks at different schools in Nyagihanga Date: 6th May 2021 Time: 11:00 AM Meeting point: Visitors will meet at FH Nyagihanga office Located nearby Nyagihanga Sector in Gatsibo District. N/B: FH ASSOCIATION RWANDA staff working in those areas will guide the visit and FH ASSOCIATION RWANDA will not provide any transport. Bids well typed, appropriately bound and presented in three (3) copies of which one original and two copies must reach in sealed envelopes and deposited at FH Association Rwanda tender box at the head office not later than 12th May 2021 at 10:30AM local hour. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session due to the social distancing requirements in order to prevent spreading of Covid-19 pandemic. Communication of the opening result will be shared through e-mail to the bidders.
