It is a voluntary girl-serving organization dedicated to girls and young women. Website: http://www.rwandagirlguides.org Date: April 20, 2021 TENDER NOTICE N° 001/AGR/2021 Title: Provision of transportation services Client : Association des Guides du Rwanda Association des Guides du Rwanda (AGR) hereby invites qualified bidders (local) to submit their bids for the supply of hotel accommodation and conference services Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 20 April 2021 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at AGR National Centre, KK 39 Ave, No. 34, Gikondo in the Secretariat Office, upon presentation of a proof payment of a nonrefundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 00040-00004820-03 opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) under the name of Association des Guides du Rwanda, in Bank of Kigali. Well printed bids written in French or English language, addressed to the Executive Secretary, P.O Box 76 Kigali, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, one is original and two copies, in sealed envelopes marked “Request for provision of transport services” must be submitted to the office Reception by 04 May 2021 at 2.00 pm. Bids will be opened at AGR on 04 May 2021 at 04.00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at AGR offices.
