- Tenders are invited for Office Partitioning at Masoro Rwandair Warehouse Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir Procurement Office located, Kigali International Airport 2nd floor upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of (Rwf 10,000) Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs to Account N° 010-5003664-01-74 opened at I&M bank or USD 10 on account no 5003664-02-71(USD) opened at I&M bank with swift IMRWRWRW. All two accounts are in the names of RwandAir Ltd. The Payment proof should bear the following ‘Purchasing of Tender Document for Office Partitioning at Masoro RwandAir Warehouse. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 24th, January 2024 RwandAir, Procurement Office at Head Office located at Kigali International Airport from 9:00am to 17:00pm. A compulsory site visit is scheduled on 9th, February 2024 at 11hr00 Kigali time at Masoro Rwandair-s warehouse. Well-printed bids properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the RwandAir procurement office at the address mentioned above Not later than 21st, February 2024 at 11:30 am (local time).
