- Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Undertake the Assessment of the Role of Women in the Economic Development at Household Level and Community Levels Detailed information can be found in the Terms of Reference document that can be requested via info@profemmes.org with attachment of a receipt of non-refundable payment of 10,000 Frw deposited on Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe-s Bank account No 1002190104949201 in ACCESS Bank. Interested applicants are requested to submit their application letter, technical offer containing the understating to the ToR, methodology, and work plan as well as all requested administrative documents, CVs and academic certificates of the proposed team, and financial proposal addressed to the Executive Director of Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe. The technical proposal and financial proposal shall be submitted in separate envelopes (the two envelopes shall be sealed in outer envelope) and submitted in the central secretariat of Pro- Femmes/ Twese Hamwe office located in Gahanga sector Kicukiro district, not later than Monday October 25th, 2021 at 10:00 am. Submitted technical offers will be publically opened at 10:30.
