The PMI/VectorLink Project in Rwanda is currently seeking firm, fixed-price bids for transportation services for the following types of vehicles: Commercial light truck long Chassis with 26-Seater Capacity, Commercial heavy duty truck Long Chassis with carrying capacity of at least 10 metric tons. Double Cabin Pickups - 4WD Special Enclosed Commercial heavy duty truck long Chassis with carrying capacity of at least 10 metric tons. These transportation services are requested to facilitate the August-September 2021 Indoor Residual Spraying Activities in Kirehe, Nyagatare, and Ngoma Districts. The PMI/VectorLink Rwanda project intends to issue three fixed-price purchase orders as a result of this solicitation up to the amount necessary to satisfy the project-s needs. The PMI/ VectorLink Rwanda project now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bids” for the Supply of needed vehicles. This tender is divided into Three Lots as follows: LOT No. Vehicle Rental Bids 1 Nyagatare: Lot number 04/007/2021 2 Kirehe: Lot number 04/008/2021 3 Ngoma: Lot number 04/009/2021 A complete set of bidding document is available for issuance to interested bidders at Abt Associates, VectorLink Rwanda project office premises located in Gasabo District, Nyarutarama - Gishushu, KG 8 Ave, M&M Plaza, 3rd Floor. The bid document will be collected from Monday April 12, 2021 between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM (with an exception of one hour lunch break between 12:30 AM - 01:30 PM). Interested bidders outside of Kigali, can request (via email indicated below) to have these documents emailed to them. Phone requests will not be acceptable. Note: Bids shall be delivered at Abt Associates/VectorLink Project office premises, not later than 30th April 2021 at 11:00 AM. The bids opening will take place on 30th April 2021 at 11:15 AM in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.
