Website: http://www.bdf.rw TENDER NOTICE (TN) / INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) TENDER REFERENCE № 005/G/NCB/2021/BDF TITLE: TENDER FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF IN AND OUTDOOR SIGNS AT BDF OFFICES ACROSS THE COUNTRY SOURCE OF FUND: BDF CLIENT: BDF Business Development Fund (BDF) hereby invites bidders for supply, installation, and maintenance of in and outdoor signs at BDF Offices across the country. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all eligible persons and companies specialized in the field with a valid trading license. Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request to “ procurementbdf@bdf.rw” with a presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwanda francs (10,000Frw) deposited to the account N° 040-0335373-77 of BRD DEVELOPMENT FUND (BDF) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK). (only soft copy of tender document will be shared due to measures against COVID 19). All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 100,000 Rwf (One hundred thousand Rwandan Francs) from financial institutions. The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period. Well printed bids written in French or English, properly bound and presented in three (3) copies of which, an Original and two (2) copies must reach, in sealed envelopes, the BDF Head Office located at M PEACE PLAZA, 5th Floor (Central Town) not later than 20/05/2021 at 3:00 p.m. prompt local time. Late bids will be strictly rejected. The bids will remain valid for 90 days starting from the deadline for their submission. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 3:30 p.m prompt local time at BDF Conference room. Done at Kigali, on 22/04/2021.
