- Specific Procurement Notice are invited for Design, Supply, and Installation of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Lines and Service Connections in Bigogwe, Jenda, Jomba, Kabatwa, Karago, Kintobo, Mukamira, Muringa, Rambura, Rugera, Rurembo, Shyira in Nyabihu District The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 50 USD. The method of payment will be deposit on the Bank Account N° 1000023217 opened at National Bank of Rwanda in the name of RECO/EARP COUNTER PARTS FUNDS (RWF) Swift Code: BNRWRWRW. The document will be sent by e-mail. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of US$ 60,000 issued by a bank. The pre-bid meeting shall take place online on 08/10/2021 from 10:00am (local time).
